With the holidays around the corner, the cold weather is creeping up rapidly and I realized it’s about time to break out my wool coats. I paired this classic grey wool coat with a camel turtle neck sweater and high-rise wide leg white pants the other day. I typically like to wear neutrals year-round because it’s really a no-brainer to look chic effortlessly. Whether you choose to wear a dress or a top and pants, neutral colors really make your look polished and easily dressed up for any occasions.
A Wool Coat: I’ve owned this grey coat for years. While there is no collar or buttons, I am fond of its simplicity and design of the straight-cut shape with a front zipper. I found a similar coat that comes in 6 colors.
A Sweater: one of the reasons I love this season is that I can layer and utilize my favorite sweaters in the closet. Every girl needs a simple, lightweight yet warm sweater to wear under coats. This turtle neck sweater is 100% Merino wool but it’s not itchy and machine washable. Fits true to size.
Pants: this one that I am wearing is a high-rise, wide-leg pants with front pleats. The fabric is thick and heavier than typical white pants so you don’t have to worry about the see-through factor. I think wide-leg pants are fluttering either with heels or pumps ( like this gold pumps that has a little shimmer to make a dressier look).
